What clothes do you accept?
We accept almost all clothing; the full list is on the home page of the website. We don’t accept undergarments or babywear such as baby grows.
Do I have to wash and iron clothes before collection?
You don’t have to wash and iron clothes but they should be clean, free from stains and any fastenings be in good working condition. We do accept items with fair wear & tear, for example jeans might show wear around the hems of the legs.
Can the collection agent help me to pack the bags or bring them to the front door?
No. For everyone’s safety, our collection agents are under strict instruction never to enter a customers’ home. All bags for collection should either be handed to the collection agent at the door or left outside for them to collect.
What bags should I use?
We ask that you place your no longer needed items into nothing other than black bin bags.
